Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

who new a little vinegar would make a difference I changed a few things my roast was almost 5lb more onions used 3 packets of no sodium herb ox beef bouillon a little sea salt and pepper 2 garlic clove fat side up one of the packet I sprinkled on top of roast with a few onions 300 in a enameled cast iron pot I have been cooking BRR long time this one was the best

Buttermilk Mango-Berry Crumb Cake

It was sooo good didn't have buttermilk used sour cream with a little half&half doubled recipe 2cups blueberries 2cup fresh mangoes will be making this again

I did't like it but my son did I could taste the powder milk I,m going to make it again with different powder milk or try 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup creamer I will tell you how it works out

Black Forest Cheesecakes

SOOOO simple I changed it a little I used texas muffin tins so I put cookies in the food processor with 3 tb butter and pressed in papermuffin cups also made a rasberry sauce and let my family deside what they wanted on there cake made 24 I had no left overs

Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce

Loved it. So did everyone at my party. The fig sauce was the best part. They were putting it on my prime rib too. My son added more fig than the recipe called for and I put a dab of creme de cassis in it. I will be using this one again.

Figs and Toasted Almonds Brie

I made this yesterday. I had a lot of figs that I need to use up. It was so good. I used water crackers but everyone kept getting the rice crackers off the other dip tray. The recipe didn’t say whole almond or chopped. I chopped mine. This is a keeper.
