Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2012
Ive made many mushroom pork chop recipes before, but this one looked appetizing. That couldn't be farther from the truth. It was bland and boring, even after I tried to add some spices to fix it. There are much better recipes out there that won't destroy a perfectly good pork chop.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
Wow Wow Wow... my husband hates meatloaf, but he LOVED this recipe! I followed the customization recommended by other reviewers: 1. Sauted the onion in butter 2. Use seasoned bread crumbs (did not have a full cup, so I mixed with crushed saltines) 3. Doubled the ketchup mixture and reduced the amount of mustard a tad 4. Added 1 tbsp Worchestershire in the meat mix This meatloaf was moist and delicious. We will definitely make again!

Slow Cooker London Broil

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2011
This recipe is great as is! Next time I would add other seasoning as recommended by other reviews. Also, the only reason I gave this 4 stars is because 8 - 10 hours is WAY too long! I cooked this for 7 hours on low and it is still very dry... next time I would likely do it for 5 or 6 hours. Definitely keep an eye on it!

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
Wow! Best pork chop recipe I've made BY FAR! My husband was amazed at how good this was. It has made it into his top 5 favorite meals. We didn't have raspberry jam so I used seedless blackberry and we didnt have white wine vinegar so I used Balsamic, and it was outstanding. I did need to use more seasoning, as I wanted to coat the entire chop. Also, my chops were a bit thicker so the cooking time was longer. I paired it with mashed potatoes and french green beans. Devine. Next time I'll try it as is.

Turkey Polish Sausage and Peppers

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
WOW! This is the best way to get an amazing flavor out of the kielbasa. I didn't have all the vegetables listed, so I only used one red bell pepper and one onion. The balsamic vinegar is the KEY ingredient in this recipe. It is what blends it all together in a beautiful medley. Otherwise, it just tastes oily ^_^

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
Delicious Recipe! I added a few things - onion powder, some fresh grated gruyere cheese... you could really add whatever you want to this! I did not halve my chicken breasts, so I cooked 2 whole chicken breasts at 425 for 30 minutes. Probably could have done 27 mins? It was still really moist, but could have been more so. Everyone's oven is different so just check it around then! Great recipe, super quick and easy, absolutely worth it!!!

Margaritas

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2010
I attempted to make this on the rocks, because that is how I prefer my margaritas. Not bad! I doubled the contents of limeade, triple sec, and tequila. In place of ice, I used water (filled the limeade container twice). It turned out well, but seemed to be missing something so I added lemon juice (did not have lime on hand) for more of a sour taste, and then topped with Grand Marnier! Definitely worth it :)

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
Amazing cookies! I did not make any changes to the recipe, and I did not find the cookies to be too sweet - but everyone has their preferences! ^_^ As there are only two of us in the house, my husband brought the majority of the cookies into work. They were gone in 15 minutes and they were the talk of the day! Definitely big fat and chewy!!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
Amazing! I did not have any wine, so I doubled the milk to 1 full cup. My husband LOVED this dish and had it for lunch the next day. He wants me to make it again... TONIGHT! Definitely the best pork chops we've ever had!
