Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
We loved this! I halved it and didn't worry too much about measurements, and still got a fantastic sauce. Here's what I did:
Sautee 2 cloves garlic in 1T butter, add 1 T flour.
Whisk in 1 cup milk, heat through.
Add 1/2 brick cream cheese, handful of Parmesan, and pepper.
Heat until thickened.
