My family enjoyed this recipe. The only thing we did differently is used a can of beef consome and reduced the water for the gravy. Delicious!

OMG, these are fantastic! I also cut down the butterto 3/4 cup. I may try less next time. I may even cut down a little on the sugar and see how that pans out. These are so quck and easy! Love them, thanks!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
This is absolutely delicious. A few changes I made: First I used 1 1/2lb of ground turkey instead of chicken. I used 3 cans of chicken stock and added 1t of cinnamon. I also used a real jalapeno instead of canned. I put 3/4 of it in food processor along with 1/2 can of northern beans, and onion. I omitted the red pepper. It was plenty hot! Next time I may even use only 1/2 of the pepper. I then simmered for 30 minutes. Yumm!!

Flavor was ok, but on the salty side. I would suggest using reduced sodium.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2008
This is a very good chicken casserole. My husband who hates casserole's even enjoyed it. I did like other's and made 1 cup uncooked rice. I personally did not care for the cracker crumb top, nor did my husband. The next time we make this we will do without that.

Mad Hatter Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
I made a few changes that made this wonderful. First when making the dressing, I used only 1/3 cup sugar. It is plenty. If you want to use Splenda to make it sugar free that would work as well. I will probably try that next time. I also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Instead of the Chicken Ramen Noodles, I used Oriental. This flavor seems to compliment this recipe more so. One last change I made to the dressing was adding the packet of orienal seasoning mix to the actual dressing and not the nut mix. This makes it much more flavorful. When I sauteed the nut mix I only used 1/4 cup butter. Just trying to cut back on the fat and it works! My kids love this!

Cajun Popcorn

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2008
This is a good popcorn recipe if you want a little zing on your popcorn. I made it a little differently. I think next time I would use a little less salt. I felt it was a little too salty for my liking. I also popped my popcorn first, then put the popcorn on a baking sheet. I mixed all dry ingredients together in one bowl, like the recipe states. I then melted some Smart Start Margerine instead of oil in the microwave. I sprinkled all of the dry ingredients on the popcorn, then slowly poured the butter over the popcorn. I then stirred the popcorn and baked at 325 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Very tasty! Thanks!
