I made this twice with milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet based on another review....and my own taste. It is so easy & very good! We made it for Christmas, so we put Christmas sprinkles on top. It looks great! This is now my recipe for fudge!

Oven Brown Rice
This is a great brown rice recipe. I used broth as written in recipe (I usually have chicken and beef base on hand at all times). I used some garlic powder and no salt. I just used about a tablespoon of butter to cut that back a bit. I used an extra 1/4 c. rice to make sure it was enough for 5, but only increased the chicken broth by 1 1/2 oz. and it turned out perfect in one hour!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
Great recipe! I put a thin layer of dijon on the salmon and then mixed the melted butter and breadcrumbs to coat the fish. I only had plain breadcrumbs and forgot to season with Italian herbs. My family loved it anyway, my youngest said it belonged on a cooking show it was so good!
