Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
This was a great recipe I altered it a bit. I chopped up some garlic also to go along with the onions very tasty!. Also had to put extra soy sauce to give it the chinese stir fry taste to it. As far as the pepper goes I would recommend a dash b/c if you use more than a dash it will be spicy. I put a dash of salt also. I didn't add any chicken I made this recipe and served chicken wings very delicious!!!

Mongolian Beef I
This was a great recipe. HOWEVER, lol to anyone that is reading this I wouldn't recommend using a teaspoon of the red pepper it is way too spicy. Use only a dash of red pepper. I did do some subsitutions I used the frozen sugar snap peas stir fry and 1 teaspoon of ginger. There were leftovers only b/c this was spicy with the tsp of red pepper. If you want this to be a spicy dish DEFINITELY use a tsp of red pepper. Other than that it was very delicious!!

Sesame Beef
This was a true hit with myself and my children! However I did make some additions. Insead of flank steak I used Beef stew meat. Instead of green onions I used yellow onions that is all that I had at the time. I used a bag of frozen "Sugar snap peas stir fry" (which included the following vegetables, broccoli, sugar snap peas, yellow squash, green beans, red peppers, carrots, yellow peppers, water chestnuts, delicious!) from the store in addition, I cut up more carrots and also cut up some green peppers. I did follow the directions by adding the soy sauce, sugar, oil, garlic, and onions, but I added the sesame seeds to the marinade instead of cooking it at the end. Prior to cooking the beef I seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little minced garlic. Since the garlic was going to be in the marinade, I used very little on the meat itself. I put the meat in with the marinade for about 45 minutes-1 Hour. Everyone loved this, the meat was very juicy and there were absolutely NO LEFTOVERS!!!
