Peanut Butter Fudge IV

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
Very very good. Everyone just remember to count the 2 1/2 - 3 min once it starts boiling. Then count till smooth and then mix in Marsh. & P.B. till starting to thicken and become smooth then put in dish and cool.

Cheesy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
Giving three stars because it would have been 10X better without the pork. If you don't like exotic meat mixes or if you don't like certain textures then this isn't at all for you. Flavors are there and awesome but would be better without the pork and just keep everything else.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
This was the best meatloaf ever. Made it tonight and daughter never wants to eat meatloaf and she loved this. Had it with red skinned mashed potatoes and green beans. My boyfriend and our daughter and me couldn't stop eating it. I did double the sauce and put the sauce on top instead of bottom for last 15 minutes. I also put two slices of wheat bread on bottom to soak up grease and it gives a nice flavor that tastes great with the sugar in the sauce. I also did as others suggested and I added a tbsp. each of Worchestire sauce and liquid smoke. Will never make another meatloaf recipe ever!

Breakfast Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2015
So very bland and driy-even after I added herbs and seasonings and a whole chopped onion. Ended up having to add more seasoning and a lil milk in to make less dry.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2014
I always pierce and then bake the potatoes. This way their natural juices caramelize when they come out of the potatoes. If you boil the sweet potatoes then you boil all the flavor out and you depend on a lot of other stuff for flavor. This recipe is great-but best way is to make sure you taste to your liking using the ingredients given here.

Delicous, Delicous, Delicous! Loves them! Will be making again and again. Added more butter than it called for and I did add garlic & onion powder.

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2010
It was tasty but was a lil dry and although I liked it, my bf didn't. He said I cooked it right but the herbs wasn't on. He said all the herbs was too much together. I do agree with the herbs being a lil much. Between the herb seasoned stuffing, parsley, Italian seasoning then it was too much. The Swiss Chicken baked recipe on this site is a lot better. This would have been better with the stuffing and without the added seasoning and if it had something like cream of chicken with it when it baked. Won't be making again.

Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
This was a big, big hit with my family. My daughter can be a picky eater and yet full of surprises. She, my boyfriend, and I loved this recipe. This was my first time making a pork loin and it was a success and will be a repeat recipe. I used a loin just a lil over two lbs for the 3 of us and we had plenty of leftovers. Made with garlic mashed potatoes and french cut green beans.
