This was the best meatloaf ever. Made it tonight and daughter never wants to eat meatloaf and she loved this. Had it with red skinned mashed potatoes and green beans. My boyfriend and our daughter and me couldn't stop eating it. I did double the sauce and put the sauce on top instead of bottom for last 15 minutes. I also put two slices of wheat bread on bottom to soak up grease and it gives a nice flavor that tastes great with the sugar in the sauce. I also did as others suggested and I added a tbsp. each of Worchestire sauce and liquid smoke. Will never make another meatloaf recipe ever!

Delicous, Delicous, Delicous! Loves them! Will be making again and again. Added more butter than it called for and I did add garlic & onion powder.

It was tasty but was a lil dry and although I liked it, my bf didn't. He said I cooked it right but the herbs wasn't on. He said all the herbs was too much together. I do agree with the herbs being a lil much. Between the herb seasoned stuffing, parsley, Italian seasoning then it was too much. The Swiss Chicken baked recipe on this site is a lot better. This would have been better with the stuffing and without the added seasoning and if it had something like cream of chicken with it when it baked. Won't be making again.
