Bill's Sausage Gravy

My family loved this gravy. I used one can canned milk and one can water in place of the whole milk because that is how my grandmother made sausage gravy.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

A huge hit and oh so easy. I used 12 fresh sliced peaches and sprinkled 1 tsp. cinnamon on top (if they're ripe no need to add sugar). I also increased the cinnamon sprinkled on top to 1 tsp. Grating the cold butter worked great.

Hash Brown Quiche

I doubled the recipe using 8 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, and baked in a 9x13 pan I also needed to bake the hashbrowns and finished casserole longer. We loved it.

Angel Food Cupcakes

I too filled them 3/4 full and baked at 350 for 16 min. I also refrigerated the batter between batches. I topped them with store bought frosting mixed with whipped topping. I got 30 cupcakes. They were a huge hit with the kids and I got a lot of compliments.

Triple Berry Crisp

I prefer a crisp or cobbler with only a topping. I thought having crisp on the bottom and top was just too much which masked the fruit flavor. I also thought there was too much butter.

Peanut Butter Loaf

What a treat! I decreased the brown sugar to 3/4 cup, increased the peanut butter to 2/3 cup, and added 6 oz. chocolate chips. Makes 12 muffins, bake about 50 minutes.
