These are very good. To speed up the doubling time, I sat the dough on the counter over the dishwasher when i ran a load through. The extra heat worked like a charm. I also patted the dough out into a huge rectangle so that I could cut the 12 pieces into long strips. This made rolling them very easy and made all uniform in size.
