Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

This was very easy and very good. I didn't use the sesame seed because I don't like it.

Ashley's Chicken Katsu with Tonkatsu Sauce

Excellent! I lived in Hawaii from 15 to 22 and used to eat this all the time. This tasted exactly like I remembered.

Never-Never Ever-Ever Fail Fudge

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
Failed!! My bad I didn't read what others said first. My fudge turned out very grainy because I didn't follow the 5 minute boil requirement. Otherwise it would have been really good. Very creamy.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
OMG this was fantastic! I reviewed what others said first of course. I used only 1/4 t. red pepper (more would have been way too much). I also added red bell pepper. We loved it!

Frog Eyed Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
I skipped a step and used instant pudding and substituted a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple for the juice. I left the cherries out as I never put cherries in this recipe. My sister uses green grapes though.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

It was strange to make scalloped potatoes without milk but this tasted very good. I added garlic and topped it with cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
Hats off to the chef!! My husband is native to North Carolina. I'm a Texas gurl. He likes his type of BBQ and I like mine. Since we have moved to Texas, he misses his good ole home style BBQ. I followed this recipe to the letter and it turned out perfect (he said). Now I can make "his" BBQ whenever he wants.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
Yum...yum...yum. Fantastic recipe. Coconut cream pie is a favorite of my family. I usually buy them instead of bake them myself. No More! I followed Shea's suggestions and the pie was fantastic. However, there was enough filling to make a deep dish pie. I ended up with two 9" pies but my daddy got to take one home with a smile and he liked that :)
