They were bland and had a weird texture. Never making these again.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
I'm actually making these right now. First of all I can't stop eating the dough and now the first cooked batch is almost gone. My boyfriend says these are his favorite cookies ever. I also doubled the dough and put 6 oz of nuts and 12 oz of white choc chips.

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
These are delicious. I used a 10.5 oz bag of mini marshmellows and they were perfect. I also added a little vanilla to the melted marshmellows.

Uncle Mac's Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2009
Very yummy! I've made this recipe of cookies before but I should've read some of the reviews before attempting the jelly part.... I ruined the first batch by making the dent too deep.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
These scones are amazing! I didn't put any raisins or currants in them and I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup all-purpose flour. I live in a dorm in college and my oven is horrible so I cooked them for 8 min and they were done. A little burned on the bottom, but DELICIOUS! (Now I know my oven is too hot for next time...)

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Inplace of the jam, I blended some fresh strawberries, a little bit of sugar, and a banana in a blender. It was like a fruit granola bar. Yummy.

Churros

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
I decreased the sugar to 1 1/2 Tb and the oil for the dough to 1 Tb. I didn't have a pastry bag so I used a ziplock bag and cut the corner. Let the mixture cool a little or the bag will rip. They were the best churros I've ever had!

Butternut and Apple Harvest Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
I have made this twice already in two weeks. The first time I made it I didn't have leeks or wine but it was so good! The second time I used leeks but no onion or wine and a little extra nutmeg. That was even better. I added a little bit of ginger both times.

I used chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. I also used fresh tomatoes from the garden. Other than that I followed the recipe perfectly. It was delicious.
