I love Ribs & Squash - reminds me of Sunday Dinner (Lunch to the rest of the World) after church. Mom would throw something in the oven that would be done when we got home.

Photography Notes: Boil the ribs until they are almost ready to fall off the bone. Then take a really good rib rub and coat them on both sides then wrap in plastic put in the fridge for at least 1 hr. over night is ideal. Now bake them for the last 20 mins of the squash.
