Excellent recipe when tweaked a little. Here's what I did: Browned 3 boneless chicken breast in skillet, making sure to add some seasonings (Garlic powder, salt, and pepper). When browned I added about 3/4 cup lemon juice, covered, and simmered until juices ran clear and liquid was absorbed completely. This made a nice glaze over the chicken; it was sooo good! When making the sauce, I used 1 cup of chicken broth, and found that I needed more than a sprinkle of flour to thicken, but I had plenty of sauce. Also, I added more garlic powder to sauce, we love garlic in my house. Instead of using the sauce over chicken, I added it to egg noodles and placed chicken on top. Turned out wonderful.
