Oven Pancakes
This is a really great recipe. I did take other's reviews into consideration and cut the butter down to 1/4 cup, I actually think it could be cut down a little more (maybe to 2 or 3 tablespoons?) and still be great. I also didn't use the powdered sugar. I paired this with some extra crispy bacon, strawberries and blackberries, a little drizzle of caramel and a few drops of Valentina hot sauce! It sounds weird but believe me, the mixture of salty, sweet and spicy is amazing!

Mom's Apple Pie I
This was my first time making an apple pie and it was great! I didn't change anything about the recipe -- it is perfect as is. The whiskey definitely makes this pie. I used the Pillsbury pie crusts you can find in the refrigerated section and it turned out delicious. I made this once for my fiancé and I and later on for my parents -- we all loved it and I've been asked to make it for Thanksgiving next week! Thanks so much for the great recipe!!

Stuffed Baked Sweet Potatoes with Pecans
This was delicious! I also added cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, and a tiny bit of vanilla extract; then topped them with marshmallow creme since I didn't have actual marshmallows or pecans. Thanks for the recipe, will definitely make it again!
