Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Good and easy. I needed double the wet ingredients (oil and garlic) compared to the dry. My husband didn't care for the soft breadcrumb texture, but I was fine with it, especially given the ease of preparation!

Creamy Italian Dressing I
Love this dressing. Making salad dressings from scratch is still relatively new to me, but this one is a keeper and we have made it three times already since we first tried it about a month ago. Love being able to avoid the preservatives etc. in store-bought bottled dressings. So far we have made as written (except once when I accidentally used too much onion), but plan on trying soon with minced garlic instead of garlic powder. Definitely note Cathy's 10/10/2003 comment stating that onion should be about 1/2 cup. And sweet, of course. Thanks, Cathy!

Baked Chicken Wings
We baked on two sheets -- both made exactly as written, but on one of the sheets we added a little dab of a thick wing sauce (Syberg's) on top right before baking. The sauced batch was superior by far. It didn't even taste like sauce -- it just tasted punchier than the first batch. We noticed that the unsauced batch also had a LOT of juice running in the bottom of the tray. We think it was that the sauce sealed the skin and locked in all the good flavors from the recipe!
