Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
What a wonderful recipe! I made two batches and added a little less salt the second time and it was better that way. This frosting would be good for cupcakes, cakes and even frosting cookies! Put it in your recipe box :)

Marshmallow Fondant

perfect recipe that makes enough to cover an entire 9 inch double layer cake. my husband and i slaved over an Angry Bird theme cake and this fondant recipe really saved us. the fondant birds held up so nicely and my son was one happy...er...i mean angry kid! ;)

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
OMG DELICIOUS! If you are looking at it..make it. It is one of my favorite dishes of all time. Takes a bit of time to create but so worth it! I followed the directions exactly only adding a bit more lemon. (which I should not have done, ya live and learn!)

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
This is my favorite recipe! It is easy and delicious! I served it with veggies and Jasmin rice. It was SO good the four year old even appreciated it! Don't change thing, I followed the recipe to the TEE. The only thing I did was turn the oven on BROIL the last few moments to brown up the tops a bit. MMM!

Shepherd's Pie

This was ok...not sure if I cared for the mushroom soup and ketchup combo. But it cooked up beautifully and looked really great & yummy!

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2011
This is SO yummy. Kinda sounds gross..mushroom soup in mexican? a mexican casserole? but trust me, IT IS SO GOOD! The only thing I did different was add cheese between layers and made 3 layers instead of two. I made it twice in one week! A new favorite for sure!

Classy Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
YUMMY! Brought this to Thanksgiving dinner and it was very very good. I only used half the amount of sour cream (as was suggested by everyone else) and it was the perfect amount. I used organic frozen green beans and I added a small amount of organic fried onions under the cracker crust only because my husband wanted them on it! It was really good. A step up from the normal boring Campbell's recipe.

Cranberry Sweet Potato Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2010
I was nervous about this recipe only because "sweet and tart" sweet potatoes just didn't sound that great. But I figured all of these people couldn't be wrong right!? I am SO happy I tried this! Brought it to Thanksgiving and people were eating it before eating the turkey on their plate! Seriously. It is really good...even if you do not like cranberries (like me). It makes the most beautiful presentation too. The orange juice mixture thickens up nicely while it cools out of the oven so don't worry if it looks too runny. Also I did not change the recipe at all and it was perfect! Enjoy! TY to Patricia for sharing this recipe with all of us. xo

Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
Really great if your a vegetarian! I make these just as the recipe says except I leave out the sage. I bake them in the oven with no sauce and then add them to a slow cooker with BBQ sauce and we snack on them all day! So yummy! And they get better as they sit. I've made them several times and never get sick of them. Thanks for sharing this! xo
