I have to agree with others. This is the best Zucchini bread recipe I have had made. The taste is wonderful. This is a great way to get people to eat their veggies. My husband didn't even think it was Zucchini bread, it tasted that good. I will be making these again very soon.

Play Dough Cookies

My girls really enjoyed making these cookies. It kept them busy for a good while but I do have to agree with others that they don't taste like much. After baking and tasting them I wish we would have sprinkled them with some sugar before we baked them. Maybe even mixing up some powdered sugar glaze might help too. They are very pretty to look at and the girls had a great time. Just for that reason they are great!!

Banana Pudding I

This is just like what my mom made many years ago. I followed the recipe and it turned out great. It thickened just like it is supposed to. Stirred in the bananas and then placed nilla wafers on top. Tasted great!

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

These were very tasty and easy to make. I actually ran out of sugar and used Equal Sugar Lite and sweetened cocoa. These worked out great for packaging and taking to a school carnival.

Bread Pudding II

This is the best bread pudding recipe I have ever made. I decrease the eggs to 3 as others suggested and increase the sugar to 1 cup. I also sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top before baking. When I make this within 2 days it is all gone. You won't be disappointed.

Deep Dish Brownies

This was an o.k. brownie recipe. They were not as chocolaty as I was hoping. Brownies should be moist, which they were but they should be full of chocolate flavor. These just were not what I was looking for. Will not be making again. They were easy to make and tasted fine. I will keep looking for a better recipe to make from scratch.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Sausage Gravy I

It tasted fine. If I were to make this again I would leave out the bacon grease. There was way too much grease floating on the top of the gravy for my tastes.

Neecie's PBJ Bars

I expected these to be really good. They are just average. I don't know if I will make these again nobody is eating them. I thought they would be bars and could be cut and put on a plate instead you have to scoop them out of the pan and eat with a fork. I also had to cook longer then it stated.

Cream Puff Cake

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The roast was very tender and tasty. But the potatoes had an odd flavor, it seemed like the potatoes took on the flavor of the carrots. I probably will try this again but I will leave out the carrots and see if the potatoes taste better.

Mother-in-Law's Chops

My husband loved these pork chops. He loves onions and ketchup so I knew I couldn't go wrong with these. They were very tender. One out of three of my step-children loved them. The other two just said they were good. I'm not an onion or a ketchup fan but I did think they tasted good. My picky husband loved them so I will make them again.
