Berry Crumb Bars

I made these with strawberries and they were a huge hit at the office. I halved the recipe and made it in an 8x8 pan, baked for 35 minutes and they were perfect.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Delicious! Since I was running low on baking supplies I had to make two changes, I used half whole wheat pastry flour and half white flour and used 1 stick of butter and 1/4 cup canola oil. They were fluffy and had a hint of spice. I would probably make them the same way again as they were slightly healthier and so tasty.

Tasty Buckwheat Pancakes

These are the best whole grain pancakes I've ever had! They were light and fluffy and moist. I used whole wheat pastry flour for the wheat flour, but otherwise made them according to the recipe. So good with pumpkin syrup from this site.

Pumpkin Cookies V

These cookies were wonderfully soft and moist. They don't spread out at all so I'd suggest flattening them a little before baking. I halved the recipe and substituted whole wheat pastry flour for half the flour. I only used about half of the icing.

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

These pancakes were light and fluffy and crispy around the edges. I substituted whole wheat pastry flour for half of the flour and this worked very well. I served them with real maple syrup and sliced strawberries. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup for the batter only yielded 8 medium pancakes.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

This made a very satisfying vegetarian meal. I put some cheese on the bread first to keep it from becoming soggy and then melted the remainder on top of the zucchini. I used olive oil instead of butter to saute the zucchini. I will add some mushrooms next time for for something different, but the recipe is great the way it is written.
