Glad I tried this. My daughter is a picky eater so was surprised she ate it. Because it's just the two of us, I used one chicken breast sliced in two, to make thinner, and three drumsticks. I think dark meat chicken has more flavor. As I was mixing up coating realized I was out of dried basil so used poultry seasoning, the extra sage, salt and pepper. Was ready in an hour with crockpot on high, but left on low for another while i fixed mashed potatoes,steamed green beans and mini corn muffins. Pretty plate. Will make again but may try with boneless thighs.
