Easy Spicy Thai Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
This is really good. I made it last night for dinner but wanted to cut calories so used 1/2 bottle of light Kraft Asian dressing. It turned out great with complex flavor that was not overpowered by the Chili sauce. Despite using 1/2 the dressing, we still had 2 cups of liquid in the slow cooker when it was finished that made a great dipping sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Wings II

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
We made these for super bowl last night and they were great. We had always marinated then grilled wings but these turned out crispy and delicious. For the sauce I just mixed hot sauce, cumin, chilli powder, soy sauce and a touch of red wine vinegar. The sauce was spicy and delicious.

Arroz con Pollo II

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
This was very good. The flavor is complex, interesting and delicious. All of the prep dishes can be done while this cooks in the fry pan so final clean up after dinner is very easy. I didn't have white wine so I used red and only had one bunch of cilantro. Used 1 extra clove of galic and two Jalepeno peppers, it turned out great and will be made again.

Baked Fish Creole

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
This is a wonderful recipe. The first time I made it I used 1/2 cup thai chili sauce and it was almost too spicey to eat. Since then I've experimented with 2 teaspoons thai chili sauce, hot sauce, and a ketchup/spice mix. I like it best with the spicey thai chili sauce but be careful how much you use.

Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 26, 2014
I've made this with both pork tenderloin and center cut pork loin, both are remarkable, just adjust your grill timing and use your meat thermometer. I always pull pork off the grill between 140 and 150 and let it rest to 160.

Crunchy Fish Tacos

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2013
I just made these, very good. Need to figure a better coating process, egg batter, water, milk, just to make the taco chips stick to the fish.

Master Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2014
I've been using this recipe for my thin crust pizza for about 4 years, but, and there is always a but, I usually use 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 all purpose, then, I roll out this crust to make 2 14" round crusts. Each crust has a little over 1 cup of flour with 1/2 whole wheat. A low carb pizza crust????

Tao Hummus

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
We've made this several times, usually with homemade bagels but not always. The flavor is terrific and the texture is smooth and creamy, even though I often add additional garlic. I have always used one whole can of garbanzo beans, drained, and it comes out great.

Broccoli Salad ld

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
Made this for dinner one hot night and my wife and son both loved it. Tonight I'm omitting the chicken and adding orange bell pepper and using it for a side with grilled pork loin from this site and mac n' cheese.
