It's Chili by George!!
Very flexible recipe! I stuck to it as a foundation but tweaked based on what I had available (couple extra green peppers, extra pinto beans, extra onion, doubled cayenne pepper, added a can of chili beans from the cupboard, a little leftover chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 4 or so cloves of garlice, and doubled most of the spices). Great!
