My interest in cooking just started when I moved in with my fiance. I used to go the easy route and cook pre-made frozen dinners, and just about anything microwaveable. Now I love to experiment with different recipes and I am always open to suggestions and ideas of others. My 3-year old loves it now that Mommy cooks "real" food!

I have to say, I do make an awsome broccoli casserole. I have never gotten a bite at any family gathering so far!
