German Spaetzle Dumplings

I use 3 eggs to a cup of flour and milk in order to gave a higher protein content. I cook them, then dehydrate in my dehydrator, and can store indefinitely in a jar. I use a Norpro spaetzle maker I got from Amazon, and it is the the perfect tool. For $10, don't skimp on bad equipment.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

This is so bland and grainy I would not make it again. Flavorless, boring. I followed the recipe exactly. I've had red pepper sauce before that I once described as one of the best things I ever had in my mouth. THIS ISN'T IT! Next time I'll use peppers from a jar (and a different recipe!). For one thing these won't puree because the mixture is too dry.
