Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onions and Bacon

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This was amazing! I LOVED the cheeses used!!! My hubby and daughter gobbled this up for dinner and we have left overs for lunch tomorrow! It took me an hour to prep, but I had to grate the cheeses myself and I doubled the recipe. Yummy!! Thanks for this recipe!

New York Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
I have made this chicken over & over again. It's delicious. I usually don't have white wine on hand, so I omit that and it's not missed. Everyone who tries it, loves it!

Meatloaf With a Twist

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
This is my family's favorite meatloaf recipe!! Here are my tweaks: 5 russet potatoes, 1/4 tsp. of Garlic Powder & Onion Powder instead of real onions/garlic, I mash the potatoes with 1/2 block of cream cheese instead of ricotta, and use grated parmesan cheese in place of the romano cheese. I omit the salt, because the cheese itself is very salty. Also, key ingredient: GROUND TURKEY instead of beef. It's a bit more pricey, but healthier. My hubby, 5 yr old daughter & 2 yr old son LOVE this meatloaf, and there are usually no leftovers!!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2013
I don't really know what all the hype is about, unless I made these wrong. I followed the suggestions of the reviewers who BAKED theirs--350F for 45-1hr. The batter that I shook the fries in stay unevenly coated and tasted pasty. But the fries were cooked through so I guess that's good!

Eggnog Quick Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2013
I didn't have vanilla pudding mix, so I used chocolate! It's moist and delicious!! Took other reviewer's suggestions and did 2 C eggnog, 1/2 butter 1/2 veg oil. I made the glaze suggested by another reviewer and honestly, the bread would be great alone but now that I've put this glaze together it's going on!!! YUMMO!
