J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Great biscuits! I've made them multiple times, and I always have great results. The last time I made them, I added some diced thick-cut bacon and fresh sage. After pan frying the bacon and sage, I let them cool, mixed them into the dry mix after cutting in the butter, then added the milk and continued from there. I thought they might be too salty with the full tsp of salt plus the bacon, so I cut it back to 1/2 tsp. I will use 3/4 tsp next time. After they came out of the oven, I brushed on a little bacon fat. Delicious!

Add 1 cup shredded cucumber. Do not do add extra garlic.

Key Lime Pie VII
Delicious! I used 1lb key limes, 2 300mL cans of sweetened condensed milk, and light sour cream. It was perfect! If I had used a third can of condensed milk there would have been far too much filling (I had a bit extra with two). EDIT: I've made this pie a few times now, and still love it! My manfriend thought that it was a bit too sweet, so I made a slight adjustment this last time. I used 2 cups of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of plain greek yogurt, and left everything else the same. We reached our perfect level of sweet :) There was some extra filling, so I put it into a ramekin and baked that along with the pie. Note: I've made this pie both with and without the zest, and the flavour is excellent either way. I prefer to add the zest for the aesthetics :)
