Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
This cheescake deserves more than 5 stars!! everyone that had it LOVED it!! I took some of the suggestions of others: 1.baked in a bain marie with boiling water, covered the pan well with foil. 2.Used digestive biscuits with melted butter (they have a great taste) 3. left it for 7 hours in the oven, and the one time i left it for 4 only, it didn't set properly. 4. baked in a 350 degrees oven, and it didn't brown or anything. 5. greased the pan really well!

Fresh Pea Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
this was great! I changed a few things about it though: used a regular onion, chopped up and cooked with 1 garlic clove (mashed). I also used vegetable stock instead of the water and left a few peas "unmashed" to give it a homey feeling. I don't think it's enough for 4 servings though, more like 2.
