Honey Wheat Bread II

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
This was really good with the changes that I made. Instead of adding a 1/3 of a cup of honey, I doubled that to 2/3 cup. I also added 1/2 cup of wheat germ. I think that it wouldn't have been so good if I just used 1/3 cup of honey but that is just me.

The Most Incredible Pancake Bites Ever

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2009
I gave this four stars because I made alterations to the recipe. First, I did not add the French Vanilla powdered stuff, and I used reduced fat milk instead of soy. These alterations resulted in a dense [doubles in height] yet fluffy pancake that tastes great, although it did not 'absorb' the syrup as much as I would've liked. I also did not measure the ingredients, I made this recipe before and the measurements were off so I winged it. =) Hope this helps.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
Muffins were good. Not what I expected but I will definitely make again. One thing to note is that you shouldn't fill to the top of the muffin pan. I did that like the directions said to, and I had huge muffins. Will upload a pic here in a bit. Also I used cranberries instead of blueberries.

French Breakfast Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
This recipe will definitely be used again. I just made my first batch this morning, and they're great! I am the only one to try them at the moment, my mom and I are the only one's up at the moment, and she's getting ready for work. I have to be honest, I made them for family members to have something to eat before they go to school/work, but I already ate three of them so far. I did alter the recipe, by adding cinnamon and vanilla to the batter. I was going to add brown sugar, but didn't have any. I read reviews before this, and i don't know if it's the size of the pan, or what, but I was able to get 12 muffins out of the recipe.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
This is a great recipe! One thing to note is that the resultvery dense pancake. So follow the approximate measure of 1/4 of a cup for each pancake and spread it in the pan. I didn't do this for the very first pancake and it was really thick. Now if you prefer a thick pancake dismiss that review. In my recipe I added cinnamon, nutmeg and more sugar than called for. I didn't use spoons, I just winged it and it turned out great. =)
