Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies
These were super easy to make and surprisingly delicious! I only had salted butter so I replaced the margarine and omitted the salt from the recipe. Turned out great. I also baked using an 8x8 pan for about 37 minutes or so. The top does not spring back in the center, only on the edges where it's more well done. It would have been too dry if I baked until it sprung back in the center.
