Vanilla Crepes

This recipe was very good. I used 2 egg whites, and one whole egg, 2 cups of milk, and a teaspoon of cornstarch. The texture and flavor was pleasing. I also used Martha Stewart's chocolate ganache recipe as a drizzle with strawberries and whipped cream. Super good.

Slow-Cooked Flank Steak

I will be making this for the second time today. This recipe went over so well in my house, it's great, and with a few minor changes it was exactly the flavor that I was seeking. I used skirt steak instead of flank, and I cooked it on low for about 6.5 hours. I too left out the green chillies because I didn't have any, but the flavor didn't miss a beat. I may have added a bit more chili powder and pepper than the recipe called for, but it is because we like things a little more spicy. Thanks for the great recipe.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

This recipe was really good. I followed it almost to a tee. The only adjustment that I made was with the temperature because I prefer my meat well done.

Simple Spinach Lasagna

I really loved this recipe as did my whole family. The only thing that I did different was added an extra package of mozzerella cheese because I like a a cheesier lasagna. I also added a bit more fresh seasonings more parsley, fresh oregano, some thyme...It was delightful, and a big hit!
