Ultimate Gulf Coast Gumbo

We absolutely loved it! It had a bit of a kick to it (my wife doesn't usually like spicy), but it was just right. This is one we will definitely make for our friends and family.

Roasted Pork Loin

Very good. I used a new 1/2 drill bit and drilled holes into the roast to get the garlic embedded. Sounds crazy, but try it. You should double the garlic mix however.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

One Skillet Masterpiece! We modified slightly to our taste. Doubled the Mushrooms at the beginning and added 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream at the end. Finally, we tossed the Angel Hair Pasta with Infused Basil Olive Oil. I actually think Egg Noodles would work just as good..but didn't make it with Egg Noodles, but will next time. Followed up with the Steamed Broccoli as the original recipe states and WOW...we even have some leftovers.

Marinated Tuna Steak

Great Recipe! I used a plastic storage bag for marinading, this of course keeps the marinade surrounding the Tune Steaks. Also, I used a Weber Charcoal Grill (Real Grilling) at 400 degF. I recommend 3 mins then flip for 3 mins. The original recipe is WAY TOO LONG for my taste. The marinade is awesome, I also marinaded for a little over an hour, I like a very seasoned taste. I'll make this again in a couple of weeks!

Tomato-Topped Sole

Good, but not worth the effort. Maybe I needed a better grade of fish. We used Filet of Sole and a little dill weed in addition to recipes spices, but it was just an OK dinner. Would never make for guest.
