Vonciel's Seafood Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
I just made this for a party on Saturday. I added 1 lb. (16 oz. box) small spiral shell noodles and it was great! Everyone at the party loved it and asked for the recipe!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
I do this allll the time.. actually just made one last night! I don't put the foil in the crock pot. I cut onions into quarters, use baby carrots, and celery stalks instead. I a small can of low-sodium chicken broth, poultry seasoning, and smoked paprika to the vegetables and chicken. It always falls apart and goes so good with mashed potatoes because your gravy is already almost made for you with the juice in the crockpot. GREAT comfort food!

Cream Cheese Cookie Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
I was assigned to make a dessert for an office function and decided to make these for the first time. They turned out really good! I definitely have to say that you have to cook them at the correct temperature and for the coorect length of time. I even baked them for a minute longer than suggested and they were perfect. If the cookies are underbaked at all they will not "pop" out of the muffin pan easily. I sprinkled mini chocolate chips on top as some of the others did. They were very tasty and very pretty!
