Spinach and Artichoke Dip
I made this for Easter and it is wonderful!! I followed the recipe as written exactly and it is perfect, no changes needed here at all. I could not find Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese at my grocery store, so I bought a 10 ounce block of Cracker Barrel and shredded it-used the entire package, but it was perfect. Even the kids loved it, served it with the Bunny Bread Recipe and will make this again. Thank you for submitting this recipe!

Swiss Chicken Casserole I
This is pretty good, if you've never had chicken casserole before and have nothing to compare it to, you would say this is good! However, I make chicken casserole that is considerably better, but it requires more effort. For this amount of effort I would recommend monterey chicken or smothered chicken-it's simple to prepare like this dish is and way better. Thanks for the recipe, it was simple to make, baking time was actually 1 hour and 10 minutes to assure the chicken is done. My husband said he would give it a 9 on scale 1-10 if he had not eaten my other cooking dishes, but with what he could have had instead of this on the same line it dropped this recipe to a 2 on scale of 1-10 for him.

Chocolate Snaps Sugar Cookie
We love them. Even my husband (a real food critic), said they are GREAT! He ate 4 as soon as I finished baking. I didn't have butter and used margarine instead and it worked out great. I've read the other reviews are saw the comments about the cocoa and margarine, as soon as I melted my butter, I removed it from the heat and stirred in the cocoa, yes it lumps, but I used a hand mixer and thought it worked well. If I changed anything, I would melt my butter in the microwave and then stir into the cocoa. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
