Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

After 14 years of competing in the family soup off i finally won with this soup. I made a few minor adjustments i used half fresh plum tomatoes and half fire roasted canned tomatoes ( in jersey we don't really eat tomatoes after season) it was excellent. Ah the thrill of victory!

Easy Chicken Fajita Soup

easy and great tasting soup. my niece loves to take it back to college with her everytime she comes home. i add frozen white corn it makes it very southwestern.

Pistachio Mini Loaves

baked for st patty's day supper club. mhy club went wild for it. i also used and extra pudding. i used sugar free pudding and light yellow caked batter to go easy on the calories. everyone asked for the recipe

Southwestern Chicken and White Bean Soup

i change the cubed chicken to shreaded chicken(boiled in chicken broth) and garnished with jack cheese
