This recipe is great. Instead of the hot pepper sauce and soy sauce I use a dry package of taco seasoning mix and add to the cream cheese and sour cream and beat well. I always get asked for this recipe when ever I take it to a party.

Easy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

This recipe is wonderful but save yourself some time by using frozen broccoli. Just thaw and mix in with the other ingredents no need to pre cook. It comes out great!!

Dave's Mocha Chicken

This recipe is just ok.....It smells like chocolate while cooking,and has a very different taste. If you must try this be sure do do it for yourself before serving for guests as you may be disappointed.

Teriyaki Flank Steak

I have been using this recipe for years and it is fantastic. For the prople asking what kind of wine to use, I use any red I have in the house. If you don't have wine the recipe is also good with pineapple juice.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

A+ and 5 stars for this recipe. Be sure to use all of the onions called for as they cook down infact use as much onion as you can fit in the pan. I used the sweet onoins and it was fantastic!!

Italian Style Meatloaf I

This is s real keeper. The recipe is easy and delicious. I did add a little onion,but other than that I didn't change the recipe at all except cooked it for 15 min extra. Everyone loved it!!
