Very good cake! Everyone loved the cotton-y, light as a cloud, souffle' texture. The slightly sweet,
mild cheesecake flavors were a perfect end to our Japanese themed meal. My cake did not end up with as much height as the one in the photos by
the recipe submitter but that is not a recipe problem...that is my fault. I did not
beat my egg white long enough, used a springform pan, and my roasting pan used for the
water bath was HUGE. The cake still tasted wonderful and everyone thought it was very pretty
served with fresh strawberries and kiwi on top. I will definitely be attempting this one again.
