Healing Cabbage Soup
This is outstanding! I modified the recipe with on-hand ingredients, as others have, doubling the garlic and adding sliced turkey sausage, matchstick carrots, a can of cream-style corn and a can of white potatoes, quartered. I used unseasoned tomatoes, chicken broth instead of boullion and added 1 T. of marjoram instead of Italian spices. Can't wait for lunch so I can have another serving!
