Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
This was so easy and very good. I only used about an 1/8 of a cup of cayenne and it was plenty hot enough for my husband. I have also added boneless skinless chicken breast. WONDERFUL!!

Homemade Butter

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
This was way easy. I used my food prossesor and in about 5 min. I had butter. Sweet creamy butter. I usually buy at 3.49 a pound but now I have 2 pounds for about 3.78. Oh and the trick with the liquid is use a spatula and squeeze it out. I"ts really easy. I read that trick here here and used it. I added a little salt. I think it's creamier than store bought.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 27, 2014
I found the base for the dressing a great start. I did find it a bit dry the next day so I tried the suggestion by JqSmith at adding the dressing the day of the serving but still made a little more dressing about a cup more.

Porkolt (Hungarian Stew) Made With Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2015
I cut the recipe and made for 2. It was actually enough for 3 nice servings. I have the Ninja Slow Cooker so I adjusted so I can do everything in one pan. I browned the bacon on high with the stove top setting. Removed it and let it rest and drain. Then I added 1 small chopped onion till it was almost translucent then added 1 pound of cubed boneless pork chops and chopped up bacon. Brown on high and then shift to medium heat. When all the pink was gone I added spices. 1/8 c paprika and adjusted garlic and pepper. 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can of beef broth. Reset the Ninja to the slow cooker low setting. It turned out marvelous.
