Easy Lemon Cookies

I made these cookies for a cookie swap at work. The first batch I made I used the lemon extract as well as the juice and zest from one lemon. The second batch I made I omitted the extract and used the zest and juice from two lemons. The second batch was much better. Great lemon taste without that artificial flavor. The second batch was slightly runny so I did add just a small amount of flour to thicken it up a bit. Will definitley make these cookies again.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

I love these cookies! I divided the batter into 3-did one batch with just cranberries, one batch with cranberries and walnuts and the third batch with cranberries, walnuts and chocolate chips. I actually like the cookies w/ the cranberries and walnuts the best. Definitely making the cut for the cookie swap!

Chinese Chicken Wings

Great! Very easy. Served them with potstickers and the marinade for the chicken made a great sauce for the potstickers-nice bonus! Will definitely make again.

Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies

Just made these and they came out great. Found it helpful to chill the dough for about an hour before trying to roll. Also could not find rolos anywhere so used a Cadbury Carmello bar instead.

Mom's Sweet Potato Bake

Everyone loved this dish. I added cinnamon and nutmeg to the sweet potatoes. I cut the sugar in half as some people suggested and it was plenty sweet enough. To the topping I added coconut which was yummy and doubled the whole topping recipe. I didn't have pecans so used walnuts. Will definitely make again, though I'm wondering if I can omit the eggs...will try that next time.
