Pilgrim Pumpkin Pie
I used pumpkin butter that I made as the base for this pie and this was AMAZING! The pie was super smooth and perfectly flavored; what I should do is create my own recipe on this website using pumpkin butter as the base for pie because this was a really great idea!! I skipped out on all the spices since they were already in my pumpkin butter. After everything was mixed up, it seemed very runny (more runny than normal pumpkin pie filling) so I added about 1/4 cup of whipped cream and that did the trick! I used a pre-made frozen crust since I had slaved for hours over the pumpkin butter already...but this pie was REALLY yummy! I will definitely make it again. The whipped cream with honey and ginger was a nice compliment to the pie.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
The recipe is absolutely AMAZING!! Since my husband's sister is a vegetarian, I made this recipe with Morning Star vegetarian sausage, vegetable stock and omitted the turkey liver. Even with the vegetarian sausage, this recipe had such great flavor. The apples make it perfectly moist, even when reheated the next day for left-overs! Everyone at the dinner table loved it and gave repeated compliemnts!! I will definitely be making this for Thanksgiving again next year (and probably all the years to come).

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
This chili was really yummy!! I loved how colorful it was and it had just the right amount of spice. I used beef instead of vegetarian meat and I added a can of pinto beans. This recipe made so much chili, my husband and I have been eating it for days...but we're still not tired of it!! ***special note of suggestion: use rubber gloves to cut up the canned chili peppers!! After cutting them my hands felt like they were on FIRE for hours...
