Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Delicious! I didn't have walnuts on hand so I used pecans instead and they were still yummy! I think next time I'll try it with half wheat flour to make them even healthier.

Very, very good! A new favorite in our family. Perfect combo of crunchy and chewy. The recipe made 4 dozen for us and I baked them for only 9 minutes.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

Not sure what happened by my filling was super runny and ended up having more of a swirl effect in the cupcake. Perhaps it was because I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese? May try again...we shall see.

Sandy's Chocolate Cake

Very, very tasty! This was my first three-layer cake and it was a success! Though the frosting was a little tangy for my taste (perhaps due to the sour cream), everyone thought it complimented the cake wonderfully. I was a little short on frosting but I did manage to cover the entire cake. Next time I'll probably 1 1/2 the frosting recipe. Topped it with chopped semisweet chocolate chunks and curls.

Sugar Cookie Frosting

Perhaps I needed to add more milk because though the frosting was good, it was a little on the dry said. Followed the directions to the letter but our dry Utah weather probably didn't help. Will try it with butter and a little more milk next time.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This was really, really tasty and a huge hit with my husband and non-picky eaters. I did as others suggested and used dark brown sugar instead of white sugar. I also doubled the recipe (and double it again since I was cooking 4 lbs of roast). Super tasty!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very good and very easy! I didn't have ham on hand so I just threw in some yummy bacon pieces (love the big bag from Costco). And I didn't remove the skins either and I think it added so much flavor. Will definitely make again!

Very easy and rather tasty, though my sauce didn't thicken that well even after simmering and some added cornstarch. And I would've liked it to have a bit more flavor even after all the salt & pepper I added!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Very good though I stuck with other reviewers and added the extra 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Even when refrigerated for a while the dough got soft quickly, but we just moved quickly! :)

Corn Dog Muffins

I thought this was really easy and really yummy and the family loved it! I didn't have the small packages of muffin mix--only the large bag from Costco. So I just used 3 cups of mix and followed the rest of the recipe. I did dice the hot dogs as suggested by others and it worked great! They were a big hit!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Orange Glorious I

Very good but we found it a bit too runny. Added 20 ice cubes and used a 1/t tsp vanilla. Also, my family liked it a bit sweeter so we used 1/4 cup plus 2T of sugar. Not so healthy but a definite treat!
