So amazing! I did bake it with bread crumbs, like a previous reviewer stated. I also ended up using twice as many chilies and about 24 oz of jalapeño, I know it sounds like a lot, but I would add a little and test it on a sourdough round. I just kept doing that until I ran out. Of course baking it made it spicier and I don't know if I just had really mild jalapeños, but don't be afraid to spice it up. I made it for New Years and I'm making it tomorrow for the Super Bowl! Go Pack Go!. Spicy but it tasted very authentic. It was all adults at the party and it was the first (and only) dish out of 15ish to be completely gone. I was giving the recipe out at the end of the night.
