Banana Sour Cream Bread
One minor change is I added 2 more bananas. Everything else followed the recipe to a T. Do not overmix the batter should be chunky. I also didn't have enough bread pans so I baked in 2 cake pans and it still came out moist and delicious.. I have a few favorite banana bread recipes over the years but this is the most simple and it comes out moist and delicious just like we love.

Cherry-Pistachio Bark
I used cranberries and pistachios.. As another poster mentioned, I also subbed shortening for the vanilla candy coating (what is that?). Instead of microwaving. I melted in a pan on top of a pot of boiling water. Spread the chocolate first and then add the cranberries and pistachios.. Huge hit.. 4 batches in 2 days.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Mix everything by hand first.. If it appears to dry, you can add one more egg. I actually used about 1/3 cup of sugar and cinnamon each for the rolling. The more the better, it won't be too sweet. Made 15 dozen in the past week for work, teachers, kids friends, etc.. Huge hit. They want more!
