Barbecue Chicken Casserole

This was awesome! I'll make this again & again! I added the BBQ sauce & also did wings around the chicken breast for my son inlaw. Yummy!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

I made this on Christmas Eve for the next morning. It was wonderful! Our family has brunch on Christmas after we open our gifts. It was nice not having to cook, just pop it in the oven. I added 3 more eggs after reading other remarks. We love swiss cheese and I would not change anything else. It was so good and easy to put together. Thank you for a recipe I will make again!
