Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

These cookies are simple, easy and wonderfully peanut buttery!! The BEST peanut butter cookie I have tried. My family ate them all up and I had doubled the recipe! Made exactly as stated and used Jif. I have found store brand names just don't have enough flavor. Bake no more than 8-10 minutes. They appear to be not done, however after cooling they are perfect!

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

Soo Good...! Made these Christmas Eve for Christmas morning. Recipe made 2 + batches. I made one with pecans and 1 with just cinnamon. Doubled the caramel sauce as recommened. The family ate them up and wanted more! Next time I will add some of the caramel sauce onto the large rectangle of dough, before rolling. I want more goo on the inside!

Peppered Rib Eye Roast

Very Good! Delish!! I bought a Rib Eye Roast- Bone in, about 7 lbs. I did not have cardamon, so I substituted with ginger and I added ground sea salt to the rub. Followed the rest of directions as stated. I cooked until the thermometer read 135 degrees. I took the meat out of oven and let sit for 15 minutes. It was very tender and all commented on the great taste. Will be using this recipe again.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Do NOT look any further for the oatmeal cookie of your life! These are the BOMB! Followed directions as written. I refrigerated my dough and made them 2 days later. Chewy, soft and crispy. I love em', the family gobbled them up and I'm making more! 12/15/10- Made them again and my first review sticks. These cookies smell wonderful baking and are absolutely the tastiest! Did not change a thing about the recipe!

Best Ever Meat Loaf

OMG!!! The BEST meatloaf I have ever made and eaten! This is the ONE! My family devoured it and want it for leftovers. The only changes I made were to use gluten free panko and no carrots. ( didn't have any) Thanks so much!

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

These were absolutly delicious! I added fresh spinach leaves inside with the bacon and feta. I also topped with fresh diced tomatoes from our garden. I will be making this again!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is a fabulous recipe. I didn't use the cinnamon sugar to coat my loaf pans; I used loaf stones. The bread came out very chewy on the outside and extremly moist on the inside. I had to bake longer than the hour stated- kept checking the center- maybe because I used alot of bananas. Still, this was one great bread!!

Sauteed Portobellos and Spinach

Italian Bread Baked on a Pizza Stone

This is really good italian bread. I mixed my dough in my Kitchen-Aid mixer with dough hook. I let it rise in the bowl and then punched down and form into loaves on my stone. Makes 2 nice size loaves, that are light and have lots of holes for cheese and sauce to fill.

Easy Meatloaf

This recipe is absolutely amazing for being rather 'plain', ( I say that in a good way- not alot of fussy ingredients/steps) I have made it twice and finally added to my favs. My family requests this at least 1x a week! I followed the recipe exactly and it turns out lip smacking each time! Thank you Janet!!

Chicken Wing Dip

Very Good. My family liked it better cold than just out of the oven. Crackers, celery, peppers, and pretzles were a few of the dippers we used. I made it exactly as recipe states.
