Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2009
I really liked these pork chops. I did not use any oil or the garlic, I just ended up using some garlic powder and garlic garlic from Tastefully Simple. I did however drizzle a little italian dressing over the chops when they were almost done, cooked 5 more mins, and flipped and did the same thing. Gave it a great taste. I will be making these again.

Really Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
This recipe was great. Ended up using Penne instead and everything turned out great. Used more pasta and kept everything else the same. Made some Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken from this site and it went together really well. Wil def. make again.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
This chicken was tasty. I used some Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic because thats what I had. I also ran out of bread crumbs so had to add some more with some more Parmesan. I also made some of the Really Creamy Fettucinne Alfredo from this site and everything turned out great! Definatly will make this again.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
These enchiladas were awesome! I made double because I had some friends come over to dinner and there was barely any left. I used 2 jars of taco sauce. 1 on each pan and found I should have gotten more. Also I did not use the water and I am glad I didn't It ended up turning out great though. Oh, and a tip for people that use corn tortillas. They tend to break when you try to put stuff into them. I tried the suggestion of putting them in oil for couple seconds, but that just turned sloppy. So I used my Filipino friend's trick. Get paper towel wet, ring it out. Place some tortillas in them and wrap them, then put them into microwave for a little bit. Makes them much easier to bend and they wont break.

Pork Chops with Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
This was tasty. Wish the chops would have been a little more tender and I didn't use so much sour cream though. Served it over some swiss and garlic mashed potatoes and some peas. Everyone in the family liked it. Still am looking for a similar smothered chops recipe like my neighbor made when I was little. No luck yet.

Award Winning Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2008
I was wary about making this chili because of the steak sauce and the wine, but this chili was fantastic. I used A1 Steak Sauce and I loved the way it tasted. I also used the premade bacon that comes in sealed packages. I used the chopped stuff and could not realy taste it, next time I won't use the chopped stuff. Also added some garlic powder and a little chili powder. I did not use onions (preference) and I took others advice and added about 1 cup of water and the consistency was great. Topped it off with some tabasco sauce (for me) and everyone has shredded cheese and sour cream. Next time I have to make more of it, because there was none left and I wanted some for lunch the next day. This recipe will really feed 2 adults and 3 children. If making for more or someone eats alot, I suggest doubling it.

Delicious Grilled Hamburgers

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
Was a very good recipe. Made about 2 lbs of it. Left out the liquid smoke and added about a 1/4 cup of A1 sauce to it. Turned out great!

Shortcut Chicken Manicotti

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
This meal was very good. Me and the wife loved it. The kids however, not so much. Next time I will use only 1 package of spinach instead of 2, which is why they didn't like it. And the prep is waay off. Takes at least 15 minutes to stuff the shells for a family of 5.
