Egg Noodles

These noodles turned out great! They were very easy make and to roll out (which I absolutely hate doing)! I rolled them out real thin and sliced them thin too for noodle soup and it was excellent!

Chunky Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
Really creamy and flavorful soup! I did a few things differently. I sauteed my onion and celery in a little butter for extra softness before adding to the potatoes and broth. I also shredded my carrots for a little different texture. I also added real bacon bits. The only cheese I had was a couple of Kraft cheese slices so that's what I threw in along with some sour cream right before taking it off the heat.

Cucumber Slices With Dill

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
Great summertime recipe! I heat up the sugar, water and vinegar to make sure it gets dissolved well. Then I salt the cucumbers and pour the hot vinegar mixture over the dill, cucumbers and onions. Does well if you let it set overnight. Tastes like something you'd order in a restaurant.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

So yummy and nearly effortless recipe! Much better than the store bought kind. Chicken turns out so tender and moist.

Apple-Berry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
I won't be makin a plain blackberry pie again! Great recipe! I doubled the recipe, put a top and bottom crust in a 13x9 pan and used frozen blackberries. The blackberry and apple combination is excellent. I took it to a family reunion and every last bite was devoured. I sprinkled the top of the crust with a cinnamon/sugar mixture too. Can't wait to make it with fresh blackberries.

Coconut Cream Dessert

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
Incredible recipe! The combination of the crust and creamy filling really compliment each other. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe. I made this for my coconut loving father for Father's Day and it was a huge hit. I think people that aren't even huge fans of coconut will love this recipe as well. Very easy to make which is always a plus!
