Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

My husband says this was the best asparagus he's ever had! Thanks for such a simple way to dress up an "iffy" veggy in our house. The kids liked the flavor still didn't like the texture of the asparagus.

Bermuda Spinach Salad

White Wine Vinaigrette

Very good simple recipe. I just used one clove of garlic and once mixed together I let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes before using. Great on a green salad with toasted almonds.

I knew I shouldn't have tried making my own EB because I love it so much and it's sooo bad for me. This recipe was great and there's no need to look for anything else! I actually used beef sausage for the meat and it worked great.

this is really good, I've made it twice. THe first time I made it with kalmatta olives because that's all I had. The second time I used both capers and kalmatta olives. My kids and whole family loved it.

Blueberry Spinach Salad

Very good. I also used toasted almonds and my son wanted to crumble up some colby jack cheese and it was delicious. Oh I also add a squeeze of lemon to the dressing. Thank you!
