Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2013
This was perfect and delicious! I substituted with marionberry's and added a little sugar and cinnamon then did exactly what directions called for. After 45minutes the pads of cream cheese weren't melted enough for me so I used butter knife to spread and let it bake another 10-15 minutes until the cake mix topping looked more done. It was the first dessert to be gone at the family reunion;) Loved this!

Slow Cooker Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2012
We loved this! I just added about a 1/3 cup flour lightly sprinkling and stirring in the last hour when it seemed too watery. I also substituted with bacon. It was delicious!

Slow-Cooked Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
This was a delicious chili and super easy. I substituted and used Elk meat instead of hamburger. My husband isn't an onion fan so for this time I just used 1/2 of a medium onion and he never even noticed and went back for seconds. I added in about 1 1/2 cups of Brown Sugar for sweetness and a little more black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and while cooking off the elk meat I seasoned it with Johnny's Seasoning Salt. Hope this helps someone but yes it is amazing!

Venison Fajitas

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
This was fantastic! We made it for the first time for our friends coming over. We wished we could have doubled the recipe it was soo perfect! The only change we did was we didn't think the seasoning/marinade was enough so we used half of what it called for the marinade and added 1/2 pkg of Lowry's fajita seasoning, refrigerated overnight and cooked the next evening. We can't wait to have this again!

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
Loved these! They are super easy and the best by far that I've tried and I have been trying several looking for this recipe. The only thing I would suggest is to use more butter and brown sugar on the filling part it does seem to be more dry than I prefer. I didn't use a bread machine either and these were great!
