Eggplant Parmesan II
About this Cook
Thought its time to start learning how to cook. :)
My favorite things to cook
I seem to be on a baking spree lately. I love sugary things I guess, so I'm automatically excited about baking desserts. I'm trying to make real food occasionally as well though, insha'Allah! :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
They are not really big fans of cooking. Too busy. My younger sister loves cooking like me, though.
My cooking triumphs
Completing any recipe and having it taste good! If my sister approves it that is a bonus. ^_^
My cooking tragedies
Jam Muffins that exploded somehow... tear.

Cranberry Sauce
This was so good! Like others, I used 1/2 OJ and 1/2 water as well as 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown. It turned out perfect. I will definitely be repeating this recipe every Thanksgiving, it is too easy and delicious to pass up!

Garlic Butter Shrimp
I really liked this. I tossed some imitation crab meat in with double the sauce and a little salt/pepper and parsley. Very delicious!

Brazilian Fish Stew
I loved this! I used 13oz of tomatoes and coconut milk because that is what I had on hand and only one yellow bell pepper (not a fan), and it was still perfect! I'll definitely being using this regularly, it was easy to make and cheap.
